There are four elements of Self Awareness. They are:
Intra Self Awareness: Having a clear understanding of our personality (strengths, imperfections, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, emotions). Having an understanding of our personal vibrational energy.
Inter Self Awareness: Understanding how we relate with others and how our personal energy is depicted in our daily interactions in our world.
Behavioral Self Awareness: Our repeated patterns of behavior. Understanding and knowing the triggers.
Emotional Self Awareness (aka: Emotional Intelligence): Understanding our emotions and how they influence our thoughts, actions, and behaviors.
In order to truly understand self awareness, it is important to first define what it is. Self awareness is the ability to recognize and understand one's own thoughts, emotions, actions, and behaviors. It involves being aware of what we are experiencing in the present moment, as well as being able to reflect on past experiences and how they have shaped who we are today. Self awareness also involves being mind-aware of how our actions and words impact those around us, and being able to adjust our behavior accordingly.
